Combat Arts specialises in training the over-40s who know the benefits of regular training but are bored by the gym and who are searching for something more stimulating, interesting and fun. Drawing from the legendary Thai Boxing (used in MMA and UFC competitions), Filipino Kali (weapons and footwork) and Pencak Silat (Indonesian battlefield art) you will be taken on an adventure through the basic elements of good martial arts training.

- How to rapidly switch on mentally
- Body conditioning
- Techniques to get you fit and strong in the minimum amount of time
- Stretches - simple, easy and safe ones that will help you move and feel better in a short time
- How to avoid being a victim and spot possible conflicts ahead of the event and what to do if it escalates
- How to see accelerated progress and results in a very short time - this one might shock and surprise you
