We’re the guides, not the gurus!
 
30 years training across multiple martial arts disciplines and over 15 years coaching and teaching have resulted in some quite unique insights that maximise and accelerate your training goals.

At Combat Arts, the emphasis is on you: your goals, aims and desires. We hold that this is a magical and quite special way to train and that it has a place for everyone, no matter whether your aim is fitness, weight management, combat training or simply feeling better about yourself.

We train and teach you not just techniques and movements but, more importantly, how to train yourself. We start with the premise that you know what is the best way for you to train and develop. We bring our expertise and insight to help you get there faster and, hopefully, enjoy the process. We hold it as a truth that this way of training - physical, mental and emotional - will add to and enhance your life. For the rest of your life!
