We offer training in various martial arts disciplines, including Muay Thai, Kali/ Escrima/ Arnis, Silat and JKD Concepts. All the arts we teach at Combat Arts have conditioning, training protocols and an artistic 'free flow'. The emphasis is on etiquette, discipline, safety and fun. Training includes use of equipment and pair work – you are taught not just the arts but also how to train yourself most effectively...

This fast, dynamic and highly respected martial art uses fists, elbows, knees, feet and throws. Its powerful, effective training methods will make you fit, strong and confident.

Silat session at Combat Arts

From Indonesia, this is a fluid, dynamic and effective battlefield martial art. With ground fighting, weapons, empty hand and close contact, it emphasises multiple attackers.
